This could include information such as account number(s), income, net worth, account balance(s) maintained with us, and your payment history, or overdraft history with us.  It may also contain information on you that we have obtained from other sources such as credit reports.

An "affiliate" is a company owned or controlled by us, or that owns or controls us, or a company owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us.

Information Sharing
Because we value your relationship with us and respect your privacy, we will not disclose your information that is based upon your transactions or experience with us to anyone except those companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, our affiliates, other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, or as permitted by the law.  You do not have the right to opt out of disclosure of this information under these circumstances.  Information about you we obtain that is not based upon your transactions or experience with us will not be shared with our affiliates, but may be shared with the other parties listed previously in this section.  You do not have the right to opt out of disclosure of this information. 

Closed Accounts
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to safeguard your information as described in this privacy policy.
